Abstract: The behavior of elastic (Young's modulus) and microplastic properties of titanium depending on the initial structure and subsequent severe plastic deformation that transforms the material (concerning the grain size) into the submicrocrystalline structural state has been studied. It has been shown that, to a great extent, different initial structures of the metal predetermine its elastic properties after deformation.
