Magnetic properties of undecane-based magnetic fluids

Abstract: The magnetic properties of magnetic fluids based on $n$-undecane have been presented. The temperature dependences of the magnetic susceptibility in the absence and presence of a bias field have been analyzed. A step change in the specific heat of the medium, which is characteristic of magnetic phase transitions, has been discovered.
