Optical microscopy in the study of supramolecular structure of protein systems

Abstract: Fluctuations of the supramolecular structure of albumin facies are analyzed. Two stable states of the supramolecular structure of facies are revealed at room temperature. Optical microscopy is used to assess dynamic character of the supramolecular structure of human serum albumin.
