Analysis of the dynamic parameters of the Cancrids meteor shower and its drift motion

Abstract: We consider the Cancrids meteor shower and analyze its dynamical parameters. For each branch of the shower we determined radiants, their displacements, and radiation areas. The dependences of the semi-major axis and eccentricity on magnitude were studied. Resonances from Jupiter were determined for the meteor shower. It is concluded that the branches of the shower have different evolutionary mechanisms of origin.
