Application of carbon nanofiber films for NO$_2$ gas sensors

Abstract: This work is devoted to the selection of optimal deposition parameters and investigation of carbon nanofiber films for NO$_2$ gas sensors. In this work we investigated the influence of time of ultrasonic dispersion of suspension, mass of carbon nanofibers (CNFs), volume of solvent for the application of CNFs-ethanol suspension on the sensor substrate by drop casting methods. Regression equations determining the region of rational parameters, in which it is necessary to carry out the coating to obtain a higher relative sensitivity of the sensor, were obtained.
