Abstract: Transmission and reflection spectra of electromagnetic microwave radiation are used to determine the complex permittivity of the composite materials consisting of a dielectric matrix and multiwalled carbon nanotubes subjected to high-temperature annealing in an inert atmosphere. The dependence of the electrical conductivity of multiwalled carbon nanotubes on the annealing temperature in an inert atmosphere is shown to be nonmonotonic.
