Boundary between the regions of drift and runaway of electrons outside the Townsend discharge domain boundary

An explicit form of the boundary between the regimes of drift motion and runaway of electrons outside the boundaries between the drift regime and the Townsend discharge and between the Townsend discharge and the electron runaway regime is obtained.
