Influence of cesium atoms on the thermal decomposition of graphene films on (10-10)Re

Abstract: A sharp rise in the decomposition temperature of a graphene layer obtained on the (10-10)Re surface by underneath intercalation of cesium atoms is found. The graphene decomposition temperature increases by about 500 K and achieves a record high value for graphene, 2200 K.
