Abstract:
The dielectric response of 0.98Pb(Ti$_{0.47}$Zr$_{0.53}$)O$_3$–0.02Bi(Sr$_{1/2}$Ti$_{1/2}$)O$_3$ ceramics is studied over a wide temperature range at various ac and bias fields. Anomalies are detected in the behavior of the dielectric nonlinearity in the temperature range 90–160$^\circ$C, which is well below the Curie temperature. These anomalies are found to be related to the existence of a diffuse structural phase transition in the ceramics.
