Logical element NOT in a two-dimensional electron waveguide

A theoretical model of logical element NOT based on a two-dimensional electron waveguide is proposed. The results of optimization of the parameters of geometry and the external electric field to accomplish the maximal efficiency of operation of the device are considered.
