Abstract: A material based on carbon nanotubes (buckypaper) is prepared, and the size and structural characteristics of initial nanotubes and the prepared buckypaper are studied. The parameters of electromagnetic radiation-buckypaper interaction are derived for the range 25.5–73.3 GHz. Strong reflection and attenuation of the radiation in this range are discovered.
