High-efficiency antireflection nanostructural optical coatings for solar cells

Abstract: Potentialities of PMMA composite films with silver nanoclusters as highly effective nanostructural optical antireflection coatings of silicon solar cells are investigated in a wavelength range from 400 to 1100 nm.
