Abstract:
The dynamics of the bacterial plasmids was investigated in case of small shifts from the stationary state. By shifts we understand the alteration of the plasmid copy number from the stationary value. The Fokker–Planck approximation for one-step processes was used here. The dynamics was found to happen in Ornstein–Uhlenbeck form. The research data allows us to predetermine that hyperbolic inhibition mechanism describes the plasmid replication control process in a good way.
