Chemoselective vinylation of aminophenols with acetylene catalyzed by sodium aminophenolates in aqueous DMSO

Abstract: An efficient atom-economic chemoselective synthesis of vinyloxyanilines from aminophenols and acetylene catalyzed by sodium aminophenolates in aqueous DMSO (90°C, 3h) has been developed.
