Abstract: Three novel uracil-based morpholine nucleosides each containing three different orthogonally reactive functional groups, namely, amino, carboxy and acetylene ones, were synthesized. The obtained monomers are intended for the synthesis of labeled nucleotide, nucleic acid or peptide mimics.
