Macroporous monolithic columns modified with cholesterol-containing glycopolymer for cholesterol solid-phase extraction

Abstract: The macroporous monolithic stationary phase was elaborated for the efficient solid-phase extraction of cholesterol from aqueous media. The advantages of the developed monolithic materials as compared with the bead-based columns of the same functionality were demonstrated.
