Abstract: The SnO₂ /Al₂O₃ catalyst promoted with CuCl₂, ZnCl₂, KF exhibited high activity in the synthesis of dimethyl carbonate from methanol and CO₂ (130°C, 16bar, 4h) providing the 17.8% yield of the product with ca. 99% selectivity.
