Abstract: The Arbuzov-type reaction of chlorofullerene C70Cl10 with P(OEt)3 leads to the formation of C70[P(O)(OEt)2]H and C70[P(O)(OEt)2]2H2, whose molecular structures were determined using ESI mass spectrometry in combination with 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy.
