Abstract: Synthesis of a conjugated copolymer PF8CPDT10 comprising cyclopentadithiophene and fluorene units, investigation of its optical and electrochemical properties and evaluation of this material in organic bulk heterojunction solar cells and light emitting diodes are reported.
