Synthesis of High-quality Graphite-coated Iron Composite Nanoparticles by a Rapid Gas-phase Chemical Reaction

Abstract: A new strategy was applied to effectively synthesize spherical core shell structural graphite-coated iron (Fe@G) composite nanoparticles, which were characterized by XRD, TEM, EDX, SAED and XPS.
