Betulonic acid–peptide conjugates: synthesis and evaluation of anti-inflammatory activity

Abstract: Cycloaddition of betulonic acid propargyl ester and azido-containing Boc-protected peptides afforded the corresponding 1,2,3-triazole- linked conjugates, whose anti-inflammatory properties were studied.
