Abstract: Condensation of glycine and dl-alanine hydroxamic acids with 1-methyl-4-piperidone regioselectively gave the corresponding titled spiro piperidine hydroxyimidazolidinones capable of enhancing sensitivity of P388 and L1210 leukemias in mice models to the known anticancer drugs cisplatin and cyclophosphamide.
