Abstract: The electrostatic interpolyelectrolyte complex formation between the hydrophobic cationic polyelectrolyte Eudragit RS and the anionic hydrophilic polyelectrolyte chitosan sulfate at the methylene chloride–water interface has been studied by dilational rheometry.
