Electronic properties and chemical bonding of single-walled MoO3 nanotubes

Abstract: The atomic models of cylindrical zigzag- and armchair-like MoO3 nanotubes are proposed and their electronic structure and chemical bonding indices are studied using the tight-binding band theory.
