Dynamic surface elasticity of sodium poly(styrenesulfonate) solutions

Abstract: The surface viscoelastic properties of aqueous sodium poly(styrenesulfonate) solutions show that the relaxation of surface stresses by monomer exchange between the proximal and distal regions of the surface layer does not occur in solutions of this typical strong polyelectrolyte.
