Abstract: The coordination polymer {[Fe(OH)(H₂bta)](H₂O)}_n from H₂O, benzenetetracarboxylate (H₄bta = benzenetetracarboxylic acid) and Fe^III ions has been hydrothermally synthesised and structurally characterised by single crystal X-ray crystallography.
