Enantiomeric NMR analysis of organic acids with the Corey chiral controller

Abstract: (R,R)-1,2-Di-(2,4,6-trimethylbenzylamino)-1,2-diphenylethane (the Corey chiral controller) was found to be an effective chiral NMR shift reagent for the determination of the enantiomer ratio in chiral carboxylic and sulfonic acids and cyclic β-diketones.
