Dynamic surface elasticity of aqueous solutions of polyethylene glycol

Abstract: Measurements of the concentration dependence of the characteristics of surface waves in solutions of polyethylene glycol allow us to determine the dynamic surface elasticity and to show that the relaxation of the surface tension arises as a result of the redistribution of monomers between different regions of the surface layer.
