The effect of alkyl chain length of a polysoap on the surface activity of its complexes with cationic surfactants

Abstract: The synergistic effect on the surface activity of the dynamic associations (the surfactant–polyelectrolyte complexes – SPEC) between a polysoap and cationic surfactants is remarkably increased with increasing length of alkyl side chains.
