Abstract: Water-in-oil microemulsion stabilized by PGPR/Tween 80 and isopropyl alcohol was prepared for encapsulation of silver nanoparticles obtained by mycosynthesis. Incorporation into the microemulsion resulted in less phytotoxicity of the particles to seed germination and seedlings development of Lepidium sativum.

Keywords: water-in-oil microemulsion, polyglycerol polyricinoleate, plant protection agent, drug delivery system, silver nanoparticles.
