Effect of heterovalent doping on photostimulated defect formation in CsPbBr3

Abstract: Two series of CsPbBr3 perovskites doped with Bi or Ag were synthesized and investigated for photostimulated defect formation. It was demonstrated that the type and concentration of dopants strongly affect the absorption spectra and kinetics of photostimulated defect formation.
