Abstract:
A model of opinion dynamics is considered, in which the trust between agents is unknown and modeled using random variables with certain probability distributions. Additionally, there exists a player whose goal is to maintain the agents' opinions at a specific level. Initially, the optimal control is found in explicit form under the condition of known trust coefficients, and then this control is applied at each step when obtaining realizations of the random variables. Computer experiments have been conducted.
