Abstract: The coupling mathematical model of the Earth ecosystem consisting of the climatic and biome blocks is described. The climatic component of the model is Global Climate model of the Computing Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the biome component is biogeography model BIOME3 based on plant physiology. An interaction between components is based on the special procedure. The numerical experiment on the modelling of the impact of doubling $\rm{CO}_2$ concentration on the Earth ecosystem is performed. It is found that under climate warming the aridness of the South hemisphere continents begins and warm biomes of the North hemisphere broad.
