Difference schemes for Boltzmann–Fokker–Plank equation

Abstract: Difference scheme on adaptive grid with respect to energetic variable was developed and investigated for Boltzman–Fokker–Plank equation. Grid adaptation is constructed as to comply with grid analogs of conservation laws for particles in beam and energy (complete conservation) as for construction of the correspondent monotone explicit difference scheme for truncated Fokker–Plank equation. Simulation of implantation of bohr (Â) into silicon (Si) at energies ranged from 10 to 100 MeV was carried out. Results show good agreement with experimental data and results of Monte-Carlo simulation.
