Abstract:
This paper is one of a series of reports describing the Database and Computer Code System ATRAD (Atmospheric Radiation) designed for high precision calculations of Earth (planet) atmospheric radiation for climate studies. The Lebesgue Averaging method for atmospheric radiation spectra is described. The procedure of dividing energy scale into the resonances carriers to account for irregularity in height distribution of atmospheric gases is proposed. Paper describes the plan of obtaining averaged optical constants. The results of numerical calculations are presented.
