A discrete model for age structure of teachers of secondary school

Abstract: A discrete mathematical model, describing the dynamics of age structure of teachers of secondary school in Russia is proposed in the article. The basic features of of school work force structure are considered in the model. The results of analysis of two possible ways, in which the present situation can develop, are presented. They are based on approximate estimations of the mobility coefficients.
