The simulation of heating of two layers system CdTe-HgTe by $\mathrm{CO}_2$ laser emission

Abstract: The one- and three-dimensional mathematical models of the nonstationary thermal action of the $\mathrm{CO}_2$ laser emission in two-layers semiconductor target are presented. The results of numerical simulation are presented.
