Abstract:
The non-uniformity of diffusion and reaction process proceeding in porous structures is the major factor determining dynamics of processes in them. Porous catalyst granules with a non-uniform activity profile and porous structure of a biosensor are investigated. It is shown, that porous catalyst granules with a non-uniform activity profile allow at necessary conditions fulfillment essentially to increase the effectiveness of a catalytic process. The role of a self-organizing of cells biosystem in dynamics of biochemical process proceeding in a bioselective membrane is investigated also. It is shown, that the given cells biosystem behaves as a commonality reacting to change of external medium. Research of the given model has allowed to study structural and functional connections of biosystem according to there adaptation to varied external medium take place, and also to reveal the reasons of a biosensor sensitivity change.
