Abstract: The mathematical models of the injection molding main technological stages for the complicated thin-walled parts were developed. They are founded on the fuil three-dimensional heat and mass transfer equations for non-newtonion polymer melts, taking into account compressibility and phase transitions. The quasi three-dimensional models are constructed on the base of equations in curvilinear coordinate system, linked with a molding middle surface, and the using of the averaging procedure. Two-dimensional equations for the pressure at the various injection molding stages were obtained.
