Nonlinear model of the Caspian sea level oscilations

V. I. Naidenov

Abstract: The catastrophic raise of the level of the Caspian Sea stemmed the plans of turning the Northern rivers to fill it. Some people explain these oscilations of the sea level with the Earth's accelerated rotation, the raise of sea bed, Solar activity and other factors. But this phenomenon can be also explained by the natural instability of the “sea-atmosphereland” system.
