The application of multiprocessor computers for the solution of kinetical-consistent finite-difference gas-dynamic schemes

Abstract: The adaptation possibility of numerical algorithms for massively parallel computers with distributed memory is investigated basing on application of kinetical-consistent finite-difference schemes for simulation viscous gasdynamic flows. The problems of selection algorithms convenient for parallelization on multiprocessor computers, the architecture of processing arrays and its relation with computation grids are discussed. The researches of parallel computer efficiency for mentioned numerical algorithms are carried out.
