Abstract:
Method of the quest of the coefficient of the macrodiffuson as the kinetic characteristic of the solid dispersed mediums mixing process in the cell of the centrifugal set-up with the curvilinear blades in the different profiles among it's the forms of the circle arc and the evolvent of two circles are used. The modeling of the dependence of the macrodiffuson parameter and the time of being of the components in the zone of the active mixing with angular velocity of the rotation of the disk in which the blades are strengthened is made by means of the equations of the statistical physics of non equilibrium process and also the idea of the “mixing entropy” for the mixture of the ideal gases. The influence is analyzed of the particle size spectrum on the regularities of the formation of the typical zone of the mixture obtaining at the work volume of the centrifugal set-up.
