Abstract: On the basis of the heterogeneous media mechanics the mathematical modeling of the mechanical densification (deairetion) of the powder at the work cell of the centrifugal set-up with the curvilinear blades is realized. The flat deformation model in the polar coordinate system includes in the equations of the powder motion with the consideration of the drag and Coriolis acceleration and external friction of the material on the disk surface in which the blades is strengthened, the equation of the porosity change, the linear constraints between the components of the tensors of the stress and deformations and the dependences for the component of the deformation tensor and shifts also. The functions of the porosity, the radial components of the stress tensor and velocity of the fine particles motion in the dependence of the polar coordinates are the results of the proposal description of the powder densification with the potential calculation of the other dynamics characteristics of the powder deairation process.
