Abstract: In the work is considered nonlinear flutter of viscous-elastic orthotropic of sloping shells. The algorithm and program for the numerical solution of the integro-differential equations are developed. Critical speed of flutter for viscous-elastic orthotropic of cylindrical panels is defined.
