Simulation of abnormal radial impurity inhomogeneity formation in space experiments on crystal growth

Abstract: Physical conditions of a well-known space experiment on semiconductor crystal growth are modeled using non-stationary Stephan problem solution. Crystal growth velocity influence on species radial distribution inhomogeneity is analyzed. Numerical results of simulation are going well with experimental data.
