The two-layer mathematical model of the wind currents in the basin with different level of deep

The two-layer mathematical model of currents in the basin with different level of deep is numerically studied. The results of a comparison suggested model with the models based on the shallow water equations and on the three-dimensional equations of movement of a liquid are given. The problem is solved by the finite difference methods.
