About some new characteristics of large genomes

Abstract: In work results of calculations for some new characteristics of large genomes are presented. It is analysed 12 genomes with total number of genes 203 942. Work is based on theoretical researches on blocking of the genes published in 2010 in given magazine. Calculations have shown that for all genomes blocking isn't casual, isn't extreme. For genome the person its average value more than three times less theoretical maximum and in 2.5 times more theoretical minimum value. It is shown that plus and a minus of a chain of DNA are blocked almost equally for all studied of large genomes. Equiprobable participation of termination of codons in blocking is established not. For almost all considered genomes codon TGA is used more than 50% in comparison with ÒÀÀ and ÒÀG. The urgency gives to the given work that circumstance that for September 2011 researches are conducted in the world on decoding more than 1200 of large genomes.
