Modeling of ionic transport in biomembranes

Abstract: It is considered spiral movement of an ion in ionic channel, on the basis of known experimental given on inductance biomembrane which is submitted in a kind of a quantum potential barrier. The solution of the Schrodinger equation for different conditions was found. The ionic currents and the parameters of the spiral movements were estimated.
