Hybrid method of development of mathematical models of chemical-technological systems under uncertainty

Abstract: It is proposed to develop structured hybrid method (complex) mathematical models of complex chemical-technological systems (CTS) of refinery production under uncertainty based on the different source of the information. According to the research of each element of CTS model of a system element is based on the basis of the collected information and the selection criteria, then developed models are combined into a single system with purpose of system modeling of technological system in general. Developed method has been successfully implemented at construction of system models of the main aggregates of the reformer unit the catalytic reforming unit (LH) of the Atyrau refinery (oil refinery). A comparison of known results and results of modeling based on the proposed method and experimental data install of LG Atyrau oil refinery was conducted. Statement of illegible optimization problems of modes of CTS on the basis of models is formalized and the algorithm of its solution is proposed. Structure of computer system modeling and optimization of CTS oil refinery production is created in the context of multicriteria and illegible initial information.
