Abstract:
The interaction is investigated between an electromagnetic wave and the plasma plume of an electric propulsion of a spacecraft in a model of plane-laminated and spherically laminated solid dielectric. Prediction is made of the effect of the qualitative dependence of the solution in the vicinity of zero pemittivity E on small variations of the parameters of the problem. This affect aggravates the problem of the electromagnetic compatibility of radio systems of the spacecraft and calls for a rigorous solution of the problem of wave diffraction by two bodies. Ingenious methods of solution are employed.
